Utility Coordinator

Civils Department

Responsible to

Director – PAUL SNOW (Director)/WILLIAM BARRETT (Civils Operation Manager)

Responsible for – Civils Administrator/De-silting teams

Job purpose;

To support the day to day running of the civils department, liaising with teams, Morrisons Telecom Services and Openreach to aid completion of jobs.
To ensure we are keeping in place the duties and responsibilities set out to us by our contractors, to include quality and health and safety of works.

 

Main duties;
Updating and sending daily reports to our client for jobs due to start/finish

• Ensuring jobs are ready to proceed
• All permits to work are in place
• Putting the De-silting teams to work
• Processing de-silt reports and sending to MTS
• Uploading job packs to system for closing
• Contacting various agents form our contractors for information updates

 

Additional duties

• Answering the phone
• Filing of reports
• Giving Toolbox talks

 

Main responsibilities

• Helping to report on the flow of work for the De-silitngTeams
• Keeping Managers and Directors up to date with Progress of works
